Coach Bryant always maintains the right  “push-pull balance” to get the most out of his athletes. Bryant gets the most out of me, even when I don’t want to give it…and always does it with a smile (ok, usually). Bryant’s training methods and system works, creating manageable steps for me to build my foundation that ultimately helps me achieve my desired results each race season.

“When Heidi & I first heard about Bryant’s “All Women’s Try It Triathlon” we were both interested but terrified! The swim seemed paralyzingly hard! But, we agreed to do it together so it would not be so scary. It’s obvious Bryant has a heart for people. He has a unique gift of making the paralyzingly scary a “do-able challenge”. We had so much fun that we signed up for everything he offered. Running and biking was a blast because we were doing it with a group and literally cheering each other on every step and every mile.
