Novice and Intermediate Coaching
Triathlons and other endurance sports can be intimidating to beginner athletes or athletes transitioning from other sports. Solid training, expert coaching and access to the right resources will help you cross the finish line with confidence.
Regardless of your current ability in the three disciplines of triathlon, O2E will create a personalized training plan than will capitalize on your strengths, bolster your weaknesses, and help you put together a swim-bike-run performance that will achieve your goals.
A weekly online training plan based on your individual goals and progress, consistent email and phone communication, and feedback from your coach will give you the support you need to become a first-time – or faster! – triathlete.
This coaching option includes participation in all O2E Club events, rehearsal races and clinics. Working with your coach, you may also elect to join O2E’s Group swim, bike or run workouts. See the Group Training tab for more information and fees.
$200 per month.
Depending on your specific interest and needs, one-on-one hourly coaching may include strength training, core training, or work on swim, bike and run technique and form. This is a good option for the existing triathlete who wants to improve one specific element of his or her swim/bike/run performance.
$75 per hour
